Wikileaks disclosures has little effect on Obama's approval rating

Rightardia has noticed that whenever Obama is abroad his ratings plummet on the Gallup Poll. 

We wondered how the Wikileaks revelations might affect his presidency. so far it has not. His approval ratings have been stable for the past 5 days.
