Florida Lieutenant Governor Jennifer Carroll issued this apology in  fax to Equality Florida director Nadine Smith.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincerest apologies to anyone I may have offended with my recent comment. It is wrong and inexcusable to make a comment that hurts people, and that was not my intention,

As a Christian, my faith guides me to love and respect all people. The false charges that have been lodged against me are no excuse for what I have said that may have been hurtful to members of your organization and to other Floridians...I hope you will accept my heartfelt apology.

A former employee Carletha Cole, was arrested and charged last year with leaking recordings of conversations within Carroll's office to a reporter.

Cole claims she was fired from Carroll's staff after she found the Republican Lieutenant Governor doing the fuglies with another woman in her Tallahassee office. 

Rightardia believes Cole because she passed a lie detector test. 

The test results are not admissible as evidence in court, but it is curious that the case went to court after the lie detector test. 

Of course, there are numerous attractive Hollywood actresses--past and present--who are lesbians or bi-sexual. 

What is in the heart and consciousness of people has little to do with appearance. 


Lt. Gov. Carols after the fact comments made a bad situation even worse.

Judge denies gag order to state on behalf of Lt.Gov. Jennifer Carroll

Circuit Judge Frank Sheffield on Tuesday denied a request by State Attorney Willie Meggs to bar attorneys in the case of Carletha Cole from talking to the media. 


Sheffield has set a Sept. 25 for a status conference in a case against Cole, a former aide to Lt. Gov. Jennifer Carroll who faces felony charges for disclosing tape recorded conversations to a Jacksonville reporter. 


The case has gained attention after Cole made allegations that she was fired after she walked in on Carroll and another female aide in a sexually compromising position in Carroll's office, an allegation the lieutenant governor vehemently denies. 


Meggs requested the gag order after Cole's attorneys gave repeated interviews earlier this month. 


Cole's attorney, Steven Andrews, said the judge admonished both sides in a private meeting in his chambers, telling them to adhere to the rules of the Florida Bar. 


"I'm certain the state attorney felt like they weren't getting a fair shake," Andrews told reporters after the meeting. "We felt like we weren't, but now the playing field seems to be balanced from our standpoint."

FL Lt. Gov. denies tryst in her office

Florida's Lt. Gov. Jennifer Carroll is involved in a scandal. Former staff member, Carletha Cole, claimed that she caught Carroll and her female travel aide in a "compromising position" in Carroll's capitol office.

Her accuser,  Lt. Gov. Jennifer Carroll  , has passed a lie detector test but the result aren't admissible in court. 

Cole allegedly leaked  recordings of conversations within Carroll's office to a newspaper reporter. 

She was arrested last year , but denies making any tapes. 

She claims that the real reason for her firing was because she discovered the lieutenant governor's tryst. 

Rightardia would point out that sexual preference is more likely affected by brain structure and congenital issues than ethnic background and appearance. 

Apparently. Lt. Gov. Carol, who is married, is not familiar with the term "lipstick lesbian."

Lt. Gov. Jennifer Carroll is a world class apple polisher

Lt. Gov. Jennifer Carroll said this recently at Florida GOP meeting:

On Monday, we're going to be celebrating Dr. Martin Luther King's birthday and I can't think of anybody currently in my life right now that more epitomizes the values and the vision of Dr. King than Gov. Rick Scott.

When the governor selected me to be his running mate, he did not look at the color of my skin. He looked at the content of my character and my integrity and work ethic, and what I brought to the table. This is the dream of Dr. King that was realized for me.

Wow. comparing Rick Scott to MLK. Now that's a real stretch even for a black Republican! Carroll was the only black Republican in the Legislature in 2010.
