Grover Norquist is back and the GOP is threatening to close down the government by refusing to raise the debt limit.

Speaker John A. Boehner is vowing to hold up another increase in the federal debt ceiling unless there are more spending cuts.

This political terrorism will 0nly end If Republicans are ousted from the House in November.
