WMR: Israeli involvement in Chinese Missile Launch

December 6, 2010

Wayne Madsen Reports (WMR) and U.S. intelligence sources suggest hat China was able to launch an intercontinental ballistic missile off the coast of Los Angeles on November 8 thanks to classified U.S. Navy missile and submarine technology stolen by Israeli intelligence agents.

This  involved in a top secret National Security Agency (NSA) joint project in the 1980s. Israel subsequently passed the data on to the Chinese in return for lucrative defense contracts for Israeli companies with the Chinese People's Liberation Army.

The Israeli espionage operation was previously reported by WMR: " . . . Veterans of the RCA-NSA-Israeli joint SIGINT program code named DINDI report that Israeli engineer spies used the carve out contract with NSA, through RCA, to gain access to NSA and U.S. Navy secrets.
In an RCA facility in Mount Laurel, NJ, the Israeli engineers had their own secured lab. For three years that DINDI ran, they were walking out with their briefcases loaded with equipment, including scopes.
When RCA engineers finally gained access to their lab, they found the prints laid out for the Trident missile system. RCA had an ongoing contract to develop the Trident communications suite at the time of the security leak
The Israeli engineers on DINDI claimed they were from the Israeli Air Force but months later, an RCA engineer was in New York and he ran into the same Israelis, but they were wearing Israeli Navy uniforms.

One ex-RCA engineer commented about the DINDI Israeli spies: "They were all a nice bunch of guys, even when they had their hands in your pockets."

The Israeli espionage operations against primarily U.S. Navy secrets was aided by long-term New Jersey 3rd congressional district Republican Representative Jim Saxton.

Saxton, who served on the House Armed Services Committee, ensured that his district's defense contractors, including RCA, received lucrative defense and intelligence contracts.

Sensitive intelligence was then available for the taking by the large Mossad contingent that embedded itself in a major center for Saxton political and financial support, Cherry Hill, which has a large Jewish population.

In return, Saxton received large donations from the American Israel Public Affairs Committee. In fact, Israeli intelligence culling of RCA secrets began as early as the 1960s when Israeli agents routinely received data on a major RCA project, the Ballistic Missile Early Warning System (BMEWS).

Good evening Los Angeles! From China with love.

The Julang 2 ICBM, which is also known as JL-2 and CSS-N-4 Giant Wave, fired off the coast of Los Angeles last month is based on Trident II D-5 research and development missile technology ferreted out by Israeli spies working on DINDI in the mid-1980s.

This technology was subsequently transferred to China. The Obama administration clamped a tight lid on the Chinese launch because of its ramifications for U.S.-Israeli relations, WMR is told.

It is not the first time that Israel has provided classified information to U.S. adversaries.

Much of the U.S. intelligence stolen by U.S. Navy Israeli spy Jonathan Pollard in the 1980s was subsequently transferred by Israel to the Soviet Union.

In return Moscow's agreed to allow greater numbers of Soviet Jews to emigrate to Israel.

Well, WMR wrote it and most of his material is reliable. Wayne Madsen is a former Navy intelligence analyst. We also had The Major look at it, He is a former Air Force Intelligence officer.

The major said the article was plausible. Israel has been spying on the US for years. Check out Jonathan Pollard if you don't believe me.

Israel also loaned one its failed fighter fighter jets, the KFIR, to the Chinese and now China has its own fighter production capability. The Chinese also copied the MIG-27 from the Russians.

This is always being the Americans natures (typical American). China weaponry successes always have to accuse by espionage, reverse-engineering, transfer technology, etc. In fact, the US is not as powerful as you think, perhaps you should deep down, be self-effacing and accept the truth that the US is weakening. And, it will just be weaker till one day it will become a third world country.

This is an old article. The Israelis have transferred technology to China. We helped the israelis make the Kfir fighter that never worked quite right. The project was abandoned but the aircraft ended up in China according to a Russian report. The US needs to become a better first world country. You are overly optimistic about the decline of the US, Williz,
