Think Progress: Trayvon Martin hoody targets

A VA gun store owner is selling targets that are based upon clothing Trayvon Martin was wearing when he was shot and killed by George Zimmerman. The target shows a silhouette of a person carrying a can of ice tea and Skittles.

The gun store owner claimed he sold out the targets in two days.

The gun store owner added:

My main motivation was to make money off the controversy.

Other gun store owners considered the targets disrespectful or "hate monegering."

PPP: Florida voters agree with decision to charge Zimmerman

Raleigh, N.C. – "A plurality of Florida voters agree with the decision to charge George Zimmerman with second-degree murder in the Trayvon Martin shooting, a new poll from Public Policy Polling finds. "

Rightardia hasn't said much about this case because the news has been so contradictory on this unfortunate event.  A court case is the best way to sort out the facts.

NMA TV: George Zimmerman arested

Published on Apr 12, 2012 by

Special prosecutor Angela Corey has charged George Zimmerman with second-degree murder in the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.

Corey's decision finally brings to Sanford, Florida, what his family had long desired: court justice for their son.

Police had refused to arrest Zimmerman, who claimed self-defense. But the facts of the case and Zimmerman's claims will now be tested in a court of law.

Until now, much has been speculated but little confirmed about the minutes before a young life was taken.

A court trial will bring justice. It will give prosecutors an opportunity to prove whether a murder took place. And it will give Zimmerman an opportunity to defend his innocence.
