"The idea came to me during the House Halloween party. Michele was dressed as Vampira, and her husband Marcus as Tor Johnson. You know that Plan 9 look. Of course, Marcus looked more like Liberace than Tor. Heh. Anyway, that's all I remember before I blacked out from drinking a half gallon of bourbon," said Boehner.
