Tampa Bay Times: Florida's unemployment rate rises to 8.8 percent

Lowest rated governor in the US

"Florida's unemployment rate jumped to 8.8 percent in July, the first increase in a year, a development that could have broad political implications."

We agree the unemployment could impact President Obama in the upcoming presidential election, but Gov. Rick Scott ran a campaign called :"Let's get to Work. "

Scott promised to create 700,00 jobs in Florida.

"Pink Slip Rick,"a Democratic organization,  indicates Scott has actually destroyed 331,247 jobs.
