The inauguration of Vlad Putin

Vladimir Putin was inaugurated as Russian president on May 7 in a glittering ceremony in the Grand Kremlin Palace. The ceremony, which cost 26 million rubles ($878,400), was attended by 3,000 guests and lasted for about an hour.

Six Russian TV channels broadcast the inauguration ceremony live.

Many of the videos of Moscow and the Kremlin have been taken during inclement weather. This video sparkles.

Rightardia wonder if Putin will be harder to work with than his predecessor.
