Then the one per centers and establishment Republicans discovered the Tea Partiers had no love for county clubbers like themselves.
Meanwhile, Ron Paul continued to gain momentum form his 2008 campaign. One survey Rightardia read indicated Paul could pick up 16 per cent of the voters in the next election if he ran as a third party candidate.
Donald Trump announced today that he will not MC the NewsMax Ion debate because he will not agree to give up a third party run. If the Donald were to run, he might pick up 2-3 per cent of the vote at best. Some 1 per centers and "one per cent believers" would vote for him.
By "one per cent believers" we mean people who actually think that corporatists like Trump are the solution for what ails America
Never mind that it was big city men like Trump that got us into this mess to begin with.
Could Trump run on the same party slate with Paul. We doubt it because Trump's ego would not allow him to accept the second banana slot. Trump seems to have more of a Tea Bagger mentality and it is unlikely that he would agree with Ron Pauls' principled views on defense.
