Herman Cain is not stupid!

Cain isn't stupid. He is poorly educated in US history, politics and international events. So is Sarah Palin, Rick Santorum and Rick Perry.

Cain grew up in Georgia and graduated from Morehouse College in 1967 with a Bachelor of Science in mathematics.

According to Wikipedia, he was accepted for graduate studies at Purdue University, Cain received a Master of Science in computer science there in 1971, while he also worked full-time as a ballistics analyst for the U.S. Department of the Navy.

Cain's problem is that he lacks a core understanding of US politics and history; and international events because he has an engineering background. He is the classic example of a person with an engineering or business background who has a poor understanding of US history, politics and international relations.

The GOP is full of these savants. Ask yourself if you would want someone like your math teacher to be president of the United States.

Some could cut the mustard, but most could not.

Can Rightardia think of some others like Cain? Try Mitt Romney or Alan West.

Both are smart men who are really stupid about US history and international events.

Then there are men like GW bush. He was stupid from the gitgo and didn't learn anything in college. Read the The Family: The Real Story of the Bush Dynastyby Ketty Kelley if you need proof.

Yes, because Kitty Kelly is a paragon of truth telling.

That's called an ad hominem attack when you attack the person rather than the facts. Some of GW Bush's former professors have spoken out against him.

See http://www.salon.com/2004/09/16/tsurumi/

His former Harvard Business School professor recalls George W. Bush not just as a terrible student but as spoiled, loutish and a pathological liar.

Bush didn't have the grades to get into an Ivy league school either. His counselors at Andover told him to go elsewhere because his grades were so mediocre.
