Billionaire Warren Buffett wants Congress and President Obama to tax the rich. Buffett says increasing taxes on the wealthy, especially those making a million dollars or more per year won't hurt job creation. Buffett paid about $7 million in taxes last year or a little more than 17 percent of his taxable income. He says that's lower than many middle class families pay and the taxes on the rich should be raised.

The Obama administration should have changed the tax code when the had the house and senate. This will never happen while the 112th Congress is in session.
