Republicans violate the US constitition on the first day of the 212th Congress

While the GOP was reading the US constitution, Rep. Pete Sessions of Texas with Rep. Mike Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania were not in the House chamber but rather in front of a television in the Capitol Visitors Center.
