Rachel Maddow interviews the economist, Dr. Doom

Rachel Maddow interviews Dr. Doom (Dr.Nouriel Roubini) who assesses efforts to restart the economy.

In 2008, Fortune magazine wrote, "In 2005 Roubini said home prices were riding a speculative wave that would soon sink the economy. Back then the professor was called a Cassandra. Now he's called a sage.

Roubini is predicting a second real estate crises. This crises may occur because of foreclosures on commercial property.
