Newsy: Google Voice Review
Rightardia signed up Google Voice months ago. It is linked to the Google gmail account and records voice mail that a user can recover at their leisure.
You have to request a Google voice number. You may be out of luck if you live in a rural areas because of Local Exchange and Inter Exchange Carrier phone company tolls.
