Newt Gingrich's list serve sent out a message in error this morning that indicated President Obama would no doubt win in 2012.
The message cursorily noted that the GOP should be more worried about Obama's winning in 2016.
Although the 22nd Amendment limits two presidential terms, the email suggests that President Obama would be running again in 2016, and possibly serve through 2020.
This, of course, is unconstitutional and also suggests the GOP realizes that Obama is a popular president.
The email, titled "What's really at stake this Tuesday ..." came from Gingrich Marketplace.

This list was used for people who'd given their contact information to the Gingrich campaign when the former speaker was still in the presidential race during the GOP primary.
The email written by advertiser Porter Stansberry said:
The truth is, the next election has already been decided. Obama is going to win. It's nearly impossible to beat an incumbent president.
What's actually at stake right now is whether or not he will have a third-term.
Stansberry's analysis is interesting considering the Citizens United ruling.
The one per cent has been beaten and the GOP will have "hell to pay" to explain it.
