William Binney talks about NSA Stellar Wind program that surveils Americans



William Binney, is a 32-year veteran of the National Security Agency who helped design a top-secret program that broadly collecting Americans’ personal data. He is a former mathematicians who was at the top of his game at NSA.

This program was authorized during the Bush Administration after 9/11 but the rationale is not clear. 

Prior to Bush, NSA was not allowed to be involved in domestic surveillance, only foreign. 

This is an 8-12. minute video that most Americans need to be aware of.
