Reich is right.the europeans tried austerity instead on increasing government spending which is the the basis of Keynesian economics. The euros fell flat on their faces.
The GOP can be expected to cut people programs like Social Security and Medicare if Mittens is elected
Mittens would also increase military spending that benefits a small sector of Americans. Romney has already indicated that military spending would not be cut.
