Fox News predictably shills for the one per cent

Fox News: 60 Percent Of The Country Think The Rich Are Not Paying Enough, And That Is The Major Problem

There is a tremendous amount of evidence that the rich aren't paying enough after GW bush cut income tax and capital gains tax rates and suspended the estate tax.

The Walton family of Wal-Mart and Sam's club have More Wealth Than the Bottom 30 % of Americans. The top 10% have 80% to 90% of stocks, bonds, trust funds, and business equity, and over 75% of non-home real estate.

The US Gini index is now 46.8 and has been rising since 1947. An Gini index that reaches 0.50 portends social instability.

The distribution of wealth and income in the US is now worse than it was before the Great Depression.
