Fars News Agency: Terrorist Groups in Syria Armed with Chemical Weapons

FARS is claiming terrorist groups in Syria are armed with chemical weapons and the recent massacres are attributed to groups opposed to the regime of President Bashar al-Assad's government.

FARS got this information from the Syrian DamPress. 

This is a very different view form western media who indicate a civil war may break out in Syria.
