Saw this clip initially on MSNBC's Chris Mathews show. Found the clip on Blue Gal's web site.

Joe Biden's message was right on. The US needs to stop acting like a bunch of crazed war monkeys and use more diplomacy. Theodore Roosevelt understood this, but modern Republicans and Teapublicans would prefer to shoot first and ask questions later.

The Iraq war was a political blunder, not an intelligence failure.

The Republicans corrupt the intelligence community when the win the presidential election and fill the Senior Intelligence Officer appointee positions with political hacks to assure intelligence assessments don't contradict presidential policy.

So, It's GOP garbage in and intelligence garbage out.
