Russia deploys New Surface-To-Air Missiles near Moscow

On April 8, Russia marked Air Defense Force Day.

This RIA Novosti video shows the Fourth Air Defense Brigade deploying its S-400 Triumf surface-to-air missiles near Moscow.

The Russians have been the master of the surface-to-air missile and this missile is supposed to be superior to the Patriot missile.

There aren't any good pictures of this missile, but Rightardia found some specs on Wikipedia.
