Belarus' dictator, Alexander Lukashenko, has been criticised by EU politicians who have threatened him with more sanctions,
Lukashenko' response:
Better to be a dictator than gay.
Lukashneko was referring to Guido Westerwelle, Germany's first openly gay minister.
Lukashneko is a Stalinist and considered to be Europe's last dictator
