Mitt Romney won big in Puerto Rico Sunday but faces a big test in Illinois Tuesday. Puerto Rico was a perfect microcosm of this race: Romney wins primaries (other than in the Deep South) where lots of Republicans can vote.
And Santorum loses when he says what he thinks: Puerto Rico must speak English to become a state.
