Mitt Romney: Mexican Anchor Baby

Mitt Romney is a Mexican anchor baby

According to the 30th article of the Constitution of Mexicans by birth (natural born Mexicans) are the following:

individuals born in Mexican territory regardless of the nationality of
their parents.

George Romney's parents, Gaskell Romney (1871–1955) and Anna Amelia  Pratt (1876–1926), were married in 1895 in Mexico and lived in Colonia  Dublán in Galeana in the state of Chihuahua (one of the Mormon colonies in Mexico) where George was born on July 8, 1907.

The two fled the US where Mormons were being prosecuted for polygamy.

It is clear that the father of Mitt Romeny, George, was a Mexican by birth under the Mexican constitution.

The Romney family fled and returned to the United States in July 1912 during the Mexican revolution.

During this period, it was not possible for an American to have dual Mexican and US citizenship. Therefore George Romney was Mexican national. He was never naturalized.

This means Gerge's son Mitt is a Mexican anchor baby. Because Mitt was born in the US, he is legally a US citzen and can run for president.

Suck on this story, Orly Taitz!

BTW Rick Santorum swept Colorado, Minnesota and a non-binding primary in
Missouri tonight.

Mittens should have played his Mexican card in Colorado. it might have helped him.
