Hermn Cain explains the five women were discriminating against him

Herman Cain said today his sexual advances would not have been rebuffed if he were white and all five of the women were clearly discriminating against him.

"Why hasn't the Justice department investigated these five discrimination cases, he asked? Is it because I am a black Republican?
