Politico states that two women at the National Restaurant Association "complained of sexually suggestive behavior by Cain. Cain's comments made the two angry and uncomfortable,
Politico's sources said, and the women signed agreements with the restaurant group that provided financial payouts to leave the association.
The agreements also included a non-disclosure agreement that bars the women from talking about the alleged harassment.
Rightardia would not be surprised if racial issues later surface with this story.
NBC First Read update: NBC News has confirmed that one of the women had received a settlement from the National Restaurant Association. The settlement occurred after the woman complained about inappropriate sexual conduct by Herman Cain.
