Congressional approval rating now 9 per cent

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) told freshman Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC):

We’re below sharks and contract killers.

Graham also noted that President Obama’s approval rating is 46 percent. Graham declared:

He’s (Obama) a rock star” compared to Congress.
