The Human
Rights Watch is calling for a criminal investigation into the Bush
Administration for allowing the use of torture techniques.
Is such an investigation likely to happen? Rigtardia doubts it.
Obama would have prosecuted neo-cons from the Bush Administration by now if the Justice Department had any interest in such prosecution.
