Newt defiant over Tiffany's account

 


Newt Gingrich defended his Tiffany's credit account which allows him to purchase jewelry for up to $500,000. Newt emphasized:

People should be free to spend their own money the way they see fit.

The former House speaker said at a campaign stop in Manchester, New Hampshire. He added that he and his wife, Callista, have virtually no debt.
