Gallup: Congressional approval at 17 per cent

Congress' approval dropped slightly to 17 per cent from last month's 18 per cent.

This is the same as it was just after last November's midterm congressional elections.

The current rating is just four percentage points above the all-time low of 13 per cent in December.
