Rightardia was hoping for Sarah Palin. Dems would love to clobber this small town loud-mouthed know-it-all!
The civil war between the country club Republican establishment the dittohead Tea Baggers will complicate matters for the GOP. Some state Tea Parties will run third party candidates and other Tea Partiers will simply not vote in the next election.
The billionaires who originally bank rolled the Tea Party and unleashed the dogs, realized this was a short term benefit that had negative long term outcomes for the GOP. So the Tea Party now has to raise its own funds.
Nate Silver's 538 graphic is revealing:
We se Mike Huckabee as a regional candidate who would face the same problems Sarah Palin would face in the Northeast and the Mid-West. There are rumours that neither Huckabee nor Romney will run.
The Republicans have been calling John Thune the GOP's man on the white horse, but Thune has a maintained low tones. Thune has a weak biography. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Thune
