Gov. Scott Walker is the outcome of the Citizen's United ruling. He was bought by the Koch Brothers. He will privatize Wisconsin power plants and sell them to the Koch Brothers as soon as he can for pennies on the dollars.
The Koch brothers will raise the utility rates on Wisconsin citizens, co-opt the state public service regularity agency and ask for more derugualtion to make their private monopoly "more competitive."
We have all seen this before, haven't we? Who is the loser, the public!
