Politifact: Rick Scott gets off to a bad start
Grifter-governor Rick Scott seems to have exceeded Democrat's expectations for extreme ideas.
He wants to voucherize public education, cut billions out of public education, privatize prisons. lay-off 9500 state workers, and cut unemployment compensation to 20 weeks and also allow employers to challenge more workers claims for unemployment compensation.
He also wants state workers to contribute 5 per cent of their pay for pensions after state workers have had no pay increases for five years.
He is brewing a perfect storm for the GOP in 2010.
