When it comes to taking care of the rich the difference between Democrats and Republicans is this: Republicans openly stand up and fight for their rich pals and Democrats take care of their rich pals while pretending to fight for the middle class.

Hillbilly : It Didn't Take 60 Senate Votes To Pass The 2001 And 2003 Tax Cuts For The Rich

It's painfully obvious that the Senate Democrats are beholding to the rich and could care less about the middle class. The senate vote for the 2001 Bush tax cuts passed 58 yea 33 Nay. 10 Democrats voted for it 5 Democrats didn't bother to vote and 2 Democrats voted present.

That tells me the Democratic Party was voting for their rich pals then just as they are now.

Dick Cheney, with the help of 2 Democrats, cast the deciding vote for the 2003 Bush tax cuts for rich. It didn't take 60 votes. It just took 50 votes.

Why? Because the Democrats didn't filibuster. Why didn't the Democrats filibuster? Because they wanted the bill to pass and give their rich pals some extra cash. It's all a game with the Democrats and I've had enough of that game.

Mr. President you can't spin this one. The rich folks own you.

Kattie Couic was one of the first  pointed out that the Democrats were greatly responsible for the Bush tax cuts. Rightardia agrees.

With the impending compromise on the Bush tax cuts, the cuts will not stop until the end of Obama's first term.

Rightardia is not niave about the Democrats having their own elite and being dependent on certain well heeled donors and corporations. However, it is a lessor of evils issue. The GOP is, in fact, evil and misguided.
