The author of the blistering Vanity Fair profile on Sarah Palin says he wanted to write a positive piece. However, he was shocked by what he learned as he did his research.
The worst stuff isn't even in there," Michael Joseph Gross said on
"Morning Joe" Thursday. "I couldn't believe these stories either when I
first heard them, and I started this story with a prejudice in her
favor. I have a lot in common with this woman. I'm a small-town
person, I'm a Christian, I think that a lot of her criticisms of the
media actually have something to them. And I think she got a bum ride,
but everybody close to her tells the same story.
Gross paints Palin as an abusive and retaliatory figure who is a liar.
Rightardia suspects many of Palin's problems relate to a narcissistic personality.
Theodore Millon identified five variations of narcissist. Palin appears to be unprincipled narcissist with antisocial features. A charlatan - which a fraudulent, exploitative, deceptive and unscrupulous individual.
Many narcissists are charismatic like Palin initially attract followers but lose them as the associates become familair with their modus operandi. Palin has lost all of her close aides in Alaska and she went over like a rock with the McCain staffers in 2008.
Sarah's biggest problem is that she is not a team player and does not play well with others. This means she would never be able to mount an effective national political campaign without creating discord among her staff and supporters.
