GOP propaganda on 'Ground Zero Mosque' continues

Limbaugh: Imam Rauf "sounds like Jeremiah Wright"

Limbaugh then blamed Presidnet Obama for some people incorrectly believing he is a Muslim.

Limbaugh said that Obama feeds off division in the country, citing the planned Islamic community center as evidence.

He also read from a Politico article about Democrats' differences of opinion over Obama's support of religious freedom.

Of course, the person who started the so-called "ground Zero Mosque controversy was right-wing blogger,  Pamela Geller.

She  grossly distorted portions of a 2005 lecture by Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf to falsely suggest Rauf is an "extremis[t]" who "supports homicide bombers" and supports the "elimination of Israel."

The Drudge Report and Rush Limbaugh have subsequently trumpeted Geller's report.
