Buying a Used Car

Rightardia recommends getting a web subscription to Consumer's Report before you purchase a new or used car.  Consumers Report lists the cost and comprehensive ratings of all new and used cars down to the model level.

It also has a list of best and worst used cars.

It is also a good idea to get a CARFAX from the auto dealer which indicates who has owned the car in the past and if the vehicle has been in accidents. Cars that that have been owned by rental car companies are often a good buy because the big companies like Hertz and Avis maintain the vehicle.

You can also take the vehicle to the respective auto dealer maintenance shop for an inspection. The auto dealers will have factory maintenance records linked to the VIN and also know if any recalls are needed.

Your post defines a good quality video about buying a used car. I like it..
Because of its low price and different look, it is my favorite.

This post was based on the school of hard knocks of buying cars but provides the essentials to protect a buyer.

I found the video on Clip Syndicate, which is kind of the news You Tube for blogs.
