South Korea's women have an entire government ministry dedicated to their advancement in a society that has traditionally kept them at home, tending house.
Though technically the role of women is changing, with more entering the workforce, long held traditions have stifled their employment prospects.
WSJ's Andy Jordan reports from Seoul.
