Government gives America a new board game

The player that racks up the most medical expenses at the end of the game is declared the winner. Each complete circuit of the board represents one year, so the length of the game can be set for 1 year, 5 years, 10 years, etc.

It is not as risky as the old game called Medical Insurance Monopoly that was rigged with Pre-Existing Conditions and life time caps.  Once you drew a Pre-Existing Condition Card from the Gated Community chest, you automatically lost.
