Democrats go the extra mile to pass health care

Senate Democrats say they have reached an agreement to get the 60 votes needed to get a health care reform plan passed. Senate Democrats had to brave a blizzard on a Saturday morning to get the job done. As Chip Reid reports, this was a high-stakes session.
