Vatican studying the possibility of alien life

November 13, 2009

Summit attendee Chris Impey explains why the Vatican held a five-day summit on the possibility of alien life.

Impey points out that the arrival of extraterrestrial intelligent life on Earth would have profound affect on religion.  This is one reason we would expect the government to suppress any information obtained with contact with aliens.

Rightardia would expect aliens to find Christian, Islamic and Jewish religious beliefs to be quaint. Impey also points out that Buddhism is not based on the mystical stories that permeate Christianity, Islam and Judaism. The arrival of space aliens would have little impact on Buddhists.

Of course, The GOP would want to deny the ETs driver's licenses and health insurance.
