President Richard Nixon was one of the most shady presidents in the history of the US. It is possible that forensic techniques may be able to recover some of the missing information from 18 1/2 minutes of tape that Rosemary Woods supposedly erased.
Nixon's chief of Staff, Bob Haldeman, took notes during a meeting that the erased session occurred. Coincidentally several pages of his notes are also missing. It may be possible using some of the techniques on the TV series CSI to recover some of the missing pages of Haldeman's notes.
