Libertarian wing nut, John Stossel joining Fox News. Could Glen Beck be on his way out?

Media matters did a survey on American political beleifs and discovered only two per cent of Americans considers themselves to be libertarian. John Stossel is one of these elite wing nut libertarians.

Libertarians would like you to believe they are something special but most are ultra right wing and standard garden variety conservative with one exception: they oppose US international militarism.

Another favorite of libertarians is abolishment of the IRS, something which is really absurd.

ABC released the following statement on John Stossel's departure:

John has been an important part of the ABC News family for decades and we will miss him. He has engaged, and occasionally enraged, our audience with thought provoking opinions and analysis. John is a unique figure in American journalism and will be an asset to Fox News in this next chapter of his terrific career. We wish John the very best and look forward to hearing his take on the great issues of the day from his new home at Fox.
Rightardia is elated Fox News hired thus nut job.  Most of our staff have Fox News blocked in our homes.

Wow - you guys are brilliant... You find a still motion shot of John Stossel speaking so he looks goofy , and then call him a "wing nut" with zero factual argument to back it up.

The reason you guys block Fox News and don't listen to guys like Stossel is that you cant logically argue with historical fact. All you can do is act intellectual and run from it. I for one love watching and reading your (type) of sites as it cracks me up how brainwashed you guys are. Perhaps you were educated by public school , and the further "educated" by state funded college. interesting.

Stosssel has been a 'nut job" for a long time. We are not surprised he is working at Fox News.

He had a lot of fans before he went off the "deep end."

BTW Rightardia doesn't take libertarians seriously because you represent about one per cent of the US population. We agree with the libertarian ideas on the US empire. That's about it.

Our articles are written by real journalists and provide references for our conclusions.

The Major was a former intelligence officer with an academic background in history and international relations, so don't kid yourself that we don't understand US history.

The GOP has frequently tried to revise US history with such notions that the US is a Christian nation, the Civil War was about state's rights and the Democrats caused the Great Depression. Republicans even tried to take credit for Lyndon Johnson's voting rights acts.

There is a reason few academics support conservatives. The right has a chequered history and even Newt Gingrich has even admitted the GOP has been on the wrong side of many issues.

I suspect you went to a private religious college in the South. Talk about brain washing!
