Congressional Progressive Caucus is the big dog

In the past three months we have heard a lot about the Blue Dog Democrats who have about 50 members. The Congressional Progressive Caucus (see http://cpc.grijalva.house.gov/) has numbers in the high eighties and is more powerful than the scrut Blue Dogs (http://www.house.gov/melancon/BlueDogs/).
