Fedex got into a dispute with UPS on union workers about a provision under consideration in Congress that would expand union power at FedEx. The American Conservative Union (ACU) offered to 'help' for US$2-3 million. When FEDEX balked, the ACU switched its support to UPS.
The ACU also annually rates politicians for their support of conservative bills.
