New Soap Opera to be based on the Life of Sarah Palin


A blockbuster soap opera is in the works. CNBC is developing a new soap opera based on the life of Gov. Sarah Palin's family in Alaska. The producers believe that the Palin family represents one of the biggest melodramas in the US. The episodes will be shot in the Yukon to give the soap opera the look and feel of Alaska.

Adult film star Lisa Ann plays is expected to be given lead role, because she is a dead ringer for Sarah Palin. Todd Palin will be played by veteran adult lookalike, Vinnie D'Angelo. Track Palin will portrayed by Orlando Bloom and Bristol Palin by Lindsay Lohan. Willow Palin has not been cast yet, but the youngest daughter, Piper, is expected to be Abagail Breslin. Kevin Jonas will be cast as Levi Johnston. Tripp and Trigg, will be played by Cabbage Patch kids.

The first episode will look at Sarah Palin while she was a young women in high school and college. Tina Fey may portray the young Sarah Palin. It will detail her basketball prowess as Sarah Barracuda and culminate with the Miss Wassail Pageant victory and her third place finish in the 1984 Miss Alaska pageant. The series will attempt to explain why she attended 5 different colleges in six years prior to her beauty pageant triumphs.

The second episode is expected to be called the “Wasilla Hillbillies” and will deal with the early years of the Palin family before Sarah Palin became mayor of Wasilla. Subsequent episodes will show Sarah running for mayor, detail her intense mayor's duties after she was elected and her subsequent run for governor. One episode will address the conflict between Sarah Palin and the local librarian when mayor Palin tired to get Harry Potter books removed from the local Wasilla library.

Another episode called the 'the Iceberg Scandal' will address why the new windows in the Palin home are identical to the windows in the new Wasilla Sports Arena. She will also explain how she bankrupted Wasilla with the Sports Arena.

If the series is successful, the second season will have episodes for Sarah being elected as the Republican 2008 Vice Presidential candidate. One episode will be called “Sarah's New Clothes” and take a sympathetic look at clothing and hair dressing requirements of a Republican vice presidential candidate.

Another episode will be called “the Bridge to Nowhere. “ One of the more interesting episodes will detail the famous interview between Gov. Palin had with Katie Couric and other mainstream news people. The season will end with an episode called “Sarah goes Rogue'' which details the failing last months of the John McCain presidential campaign.

The name of the new series is still under wraps. It could be called: All My Wasilla Children, The Young and the Clueless, As the World Churns, The Cold of the Beautiful, General Asylum, The Guiding Right, One Life to Levi, or The Young and the Feckless.
