President Obama was speaking today but made no mention of healthcare because it's time to move on. 

Rightrdia agrees. The Obama administration spent 18 months on healthcare. It won the war and  the polls indicate the issue is a wash.

However, President Barack Obama secures legislative legacy with healthcare reform

Mittens can't seem to let an issue go that is not benefiting his campaign and has reversed his position on the nature of the individual mandate, trying to sell it as a huge middle calls tax increase.  

So far all Mittens has done is create dilemma or himself because his MA healthcare program was the model for the Affordable Care Act.
