How the right wing is suppressing voting

Voter fraud is rare in the US but the several states have passed laws making it harder. In Florida, the voting rolls are down by 81,000 voters. Conservatives know that low voter turnout benefits the GOP.

Al Jazeera English: Voting wars heat up in the US

"Others counter that stricter voting laws are designed to suppress turnout among demographic groups who tend to vote for Democrats. In October, a New York Times editorial wrote, “The only reason Republicans are passing these laws is to give themselves a political edge by suppressing Democratic votes”."

Rightardia agrees. There is little hard evidence there is any significant voter fraud in the US.
