Al Jazeera English: London's bout with 'Olympicitis'

This is an interesting article about the economics of the Olympics. Most of the Olympics have been profitable, but the Atlanta Olympic only made a $10 million profit .

The Salt Lake City olympics made a $101 million profit but received a $2 bullion federal grant courtesy of a Utah senator when the games started to flounder before Mittens took the helm.

The Greek Olympics lost billions.

Rightardia thinks the UK Olympics got off to a rousing start.
