FBI given new police powers

The FBI will be able to search through your trash soon, something that local police have been doing for years.

The obvious solution is buy a good cross cut shedder to keep your records private. Make sure you mix the shred up before your put it into the trash.

The FBI will also be able to start inquries with out probable cause and will not have to log the fact they have even started in inquiry (informal investigation).

Much of this has occurred because of the Patriot Act that has blurred the jurisdiction of federal, state and local law enforcement organizations.

One attorney even suggested that it is just a matter of time before Miranda Warnings disappear as well. Watch the video that explains why you should never be interviewed by the police. Always exercise your Fifth Amendment rights.
